It was that time of the year to remember that Jesus died for us. It was the time to also rejoice in His resurrection! Besides listening to the sermon, we watched the segment of the movie “The Gospel of John” showing Jesus’ last hours on earth. Our friends from Singapore, James and Lisa also shared their testimonies. At the end of the service, 2 people received Jesus into their lives. Hallelujah! We ended the time with what else, food!

The first trial lesson of the Sendai Community Gospel Choir was conducted on 24 February 2015. Being in a choir is more than just singing. The class stood up, did warm up exercises (you’d think you were in a gym) and sang. When everyone finally sung their first song, they sounded really good. I believe everyone had fun.

２月24日の無料体験レッスンで皆さんすごく頑張りました。ゴスペルクワイヤーは歌を歌ってだけじゃないよ。歌を歌って前に、ジムで運動する前の準備体操似てるの運動もやりましたね。そして発音のトレーニングもありました。楽しかったでしたと思った。
